ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE as long as you believe and truly engage yourself with your thoughts, mind and being.
We all have the capability to think in a positive matter if we really want to, but way too often we resort to negative thinking and ideas that we are not able to do this or that.
Unfortunately many people grow up hearing that they can’t do a certain thing or that they don’t have the abilities to pursue a certain profession. They are put down by people close to them.
This type of “mind limiting talk” will unfortunately end up being part of you (Old Blue Print). We are formed by statements and sayings from our parents, kids in school, friends, society etc. And for most people it creates a limiting belief system which enters into our mind and being. It might be a belief that we are no good in science or math or that we are a person nobody likes or that we can’t succeed in the business world or that we can’t succeed in sports or that we can’t succeed in relationships and so on.
Master Keys 15-3 Difficulties, inharmonies, and obstacles, indicate that we are either refusing to give out what we no longer need, or refusing to accept what we require.
Master Keys 15-4 Growth is attained through an exchange of the old for the new, of the good for the better; it is a conditional or reciprocal action, for each of us is a complete thought entity and this completeness makes it possible for us to receive only as we give.
“The way you perceive and interpret yourself is a result of the belief system you adopted while growing up”.
Back in 1960 Maxwell Maltz wrote the book Psycho-Cybernetics where he talks about the self-image we form growing up:
“We all carry with us a mental blueprint or picture of ourselves. It has been built up from our own beliefs about ourselves. But most of these beliefs about ourselves have unconsciously been formed from our past experience, our successes and failures, our humiliations, our triumphs, and the way other people have related to us, especially in early childhood. From all these we mentally construct a “self” (or a picture of a self). Once an idea or a belief about ourselves goes into this picture it becomes “true” as far as we personally are concerned. We do not question its validity, but proceed to act upon it just as if it were true”.
Master Key 15-13. Thought may lead to action of any kind, but whatever the action, it is simply the thought attempting to express itself in visible form. It is evident, therefore, that if we wish desirable conditions, we can afford to entertain only desirable thoughts.
“There can be no question but that he who “is wise enough to understand” will readily recognize that the creative power of thought places an invincible weapon in his hands and makes him a master of destiny”.

Week 15 of the MKMMA course we continue to practice Gratitude and filling out our index cards with things we are greatful for. What an incredible and mind opening experience. More important, we’re also programming our brain to notice even more reasons to feel gratitude. We are learning that over time, our “gratitude muscle” will become so strong that you’ll attract more success into your life, not to mention greater numbers of successful (i.e., grateful) people.
Gratitude is the healthiest of all human emotions. The more you express gratitude for what you have, the more likely you will have even more to express gratitude for. -Zig Ziglar
There was a great article in Inc.com a couple of years ago by Goeffrey James about the power of gratitude. He talks about gratitude as “an emotional muscle,” one that can (and should) be used and strengthened. He states:
“People who approach life with a sense of gratitude are constantly aware of what’s wonderful in their life. Because they enjoy the fruits of their successes, they seek out more success. And when things don’t go as planned, people who are grateful can put failure into perspective”.
The Power of Gratitude
After watching this, you will know how to get happy again. I lost all ability to feel sorry for myself and have become much more thankful in my life.
